Terms & Conditions

1.     Spaces in each age group are limited meaning bookings are taken on a first come first serve basis. 

2.     All course fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable.

3.     Total Football Centre coaches are appropriately qualified and DBS checked. 

4.     Total Football Centre does not accept responsibility or liability in respect of any loss or damage to personal property or effects. 

5.     Total Football Centre will take responsibility of your child 10 minutes prior to the commencement of the course.  Please ensure that each participant is personally checked in and out with a member of staff (unless prior written permission has been received by The Play Team from the parent/guardian). 

6.     Total Football Centre reserve the right to cancel or postpone any session for any reason. In such an event, an alternative session will be offered in lieu. 

7.     Total Football Centre reserve the right to exclude any child whose behaviour we deem inappropriate. 

8.     On occasions, Total Football Centre or their representative may take media for promotional purposes only. 

9.     The details provided for this booking form will be held on file for Total Football Centre administration purposes only.
